Apply to Production Supervisor
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and resolve issues as they arise
• Supervise the activities of production with responsibility for training, scheduling and work assignments
• Ensure ISO/QS and standardized work environment policies are followed
• Read and interpret customer supplied drawings
• Assure compliance to customer supplied drawing for masking, Staking, Potting, and
application of conformal coatings to electronic assemblies
• Monitor work areas to ensure productivity, quality and process standards are being
followed
• Ensure production schedules are being met, and resolve any possible production
schedule issues
• Track and report on production, shipping schedules, work-in-processes, labor and
product movement
• Engage in performance management for 40+ direct reports
• Communicate with operations manager, quality supervisor, and customer service to
ensure timely shipping of compliant products
• Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be eligible to work in the US under ITAR
• High School Diploma/GED, college graduate preferred
• 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• 5 years experience in electronics manufacturing
• 3 years experience in conformal coating and potting
• Working knowledge of AS9100, IPC-610, IPC-830, and NADCAP standards
• Knowledge of electronic assemblies
• Ability to identify electrical components
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong documentation, planning and organizational skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio and Outlook
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
