This is a key leadership role responsible for maximizing equipment reliability, leading maintenance teams, driving continuous improvement, and supporting safe, efficient plant performance. Occasional travel to Canada may be required for training.
Lead and prioritize all plant maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems
Supervise and develop maintenance personnel to drive safety, reliability, and performance
Maintain and protect manufacturing assets through strong preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Troubleshoot equipment issues and drive root cause problem solving
Coordinate equipment repairs, upgrades, and modifications
Manage maintenance budgets, purchase orders, inventory, and cost controls
Partner with Operations and Engineering to improve uptime, efficiency, and equipment performance
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Oversee contractors, inspections, and plant projects
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reporting
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Associate’s degree in a technical or management field preferred
