This is a full-time, on-site role for the Vice President of Finance, based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The Vice President of Finance will oversee financial planning, manage financial reporting and analysis, and lead the development of financial strategies to drive organizational performance. They will ensure compliance with all financial regulations, provide insights to executive leadership, and implement sound financial management practices across the organization.

 

Qualifications

 

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and overall Finance management
• Proven ability in Financial Reporting and generating accurate and timely financial statements
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess financial data and provide actionable insights
• Experience in budget management, cost control, and strategic decision-making
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA certification is preferred
• Experience in a senior finance role within the food industry or a related sector is a plus
