Salary: $123,300 - $197,300 along with a lucrative bonus program, 9/80 schedule, hybrid work schedule (one day a week in the office in most cases), and culture of training and development
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects
Knowledge and expertise in the design of residential, commercial, and industrial projects
Ability to communicate with agencies and clients effectively
Must adhere to and follow all firm-wide policies and procedures as they relate to human resources management, project management, financial management, client relations, quality assurance and control, and business development
Ability to research, analyze, and present technical performance and project measures
Manage multiple projects with strict adherence to budgets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must be detail oriented with excellent organization and project management skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual personal performance goals (i.e. leads by example)
Track record of successful staff integration and team building at multiple levels of management
Registered engineer in the state of California
Requirements
Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering
Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Excellent technical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently on several concurrent projects and participate in the entire design process
Ability to supervise multiple employees and projects, and work in a team environment
Good working knowledge of public agency standards and guidelines
Good understanding and working knowledge of all plans, reports, studies, etc. required for land development projects
Technically proficient in all aspects of land development design
